Chorale members must follow the following dress code for concerts:

UNIFORMS - GIRLS

• Black skirt - 2" below knee
• LS White oxford, button collar - Youth Chorale only
• Vest (supplied by CYC)Youth Chorale only
• White Tuxedo Shirt w/Red bow tie (supplied by CYC)Select Ensemble only
• Black shoes, low heel (less than 1 1/2" )
• Black tights (no patterns or sheer)
• Hair neat-off face
• Post earrings only
• No perfume or obvious make-up

UNIFORMS - BOYS

• Black dress slacks - NO JEANS
• LS White oxford, button collar - Youth Chorale only
• Vest (supplied by CYC)Youth Chorale only
• White Tuxedo Shirt w/Red bow tie (supplied by CYC)Select Ensemble only
• Black shoes - no sneakers
• Black socks
• Hair neat-off face

If you were in the Chorale last year but your uniform doesn't fit this year, maybe someone else could use it. See Mrs. Young if you have something to offer. We also have some girls' shoes from prior years - if they fit you, you're welcome to them.

General Reminders!

• Be sure you bring your folder to rehearsal EACH WEEK! Have a sharpened pencil, as well.
• Please review your Handbook. Each chorister received a copy in the music folder.
• Please notify the administrator or the director if you will be absent - we keep careful records.
• Take a copy of the CYC Notes each week. A copy will be mailed to those who were absent.
